Belleza Mart is operated by AP E-COM LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom, with international fulfillment partners in China, serving customers across Canada.

Order processing time

  • Cut-off time: 10:00 PM (GMT+08:00) China Standard Time (Shanghai), based on our fulfillment partners’ operating hours.
  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Estimated delivery times

  • Transit time: 7-14 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Estimated delivery time: 8-17 business days.
  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs, or carrier delays may affect timelines.

Shipping rates

  • Shipping costs to Canada are always free. No additional shipping fees apply at checkout.

Shipping process

  • Orders are fulfilled through international fulfillment partners based in China.
  • Courier services: Courier services may include YunExpress, DHL, or UPS, depending on destination and availability.
  • Insured shipments: All shipments are insured. Insurance covers lost/damaged shipments during transit. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of delivery (or within 7 days after the expected delivery date for lost packages).
  • Import duties/taxes may apply depending on the destination and are the customer’s responsibility (if charged by customs).

Shipping locations

  • We ship only to Canada. We do not ship to any other countries.

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses

Tracking instructions

  • Tracking information: Within 24-72 hours after your purchase, you will receive an email containing a trackable link, including the courier’s name and the tracking number.
  • Track your order: You can track your order by entering your tracking number on our website

Wrong address or undeliverable packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • Packages returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses may incur reshipment fees.
  • If you choose not to reship, we will refund the product cost.

Lost or damaged items

  • Damaged items: If your package arrives damaged, contact us with photos of the damage.
  • Lost items: If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, contact the carrier first and notify us so we can assist with an investigation.
