Refund policy
At Belleza Mart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you can request a return for a refund (or exchange) under the terms below. Belleza Mart is operated by AP E-COM LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom.
Return window
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund (or exchange).
Return Shipping costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong product.
- We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- As our products are sourced from international suppliers, returns may need to be shipped internationally. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Eligibility & Conditions
- Unwanted items (buyer’s remorse) may be returned provided they are unused and in their original packaging (unless the item was damaged or defective on arrival).
- It is not possible to return cosmetics after using/testing them.
Return process
Return addresses vary depending on the product and warehouse location. We will provide the correct return address within 1 business day.

- Instructions: Our team will respond within 24 hours and provide you with step-by-step return instructions including the return form and the return address.
- Preparing the return: Pack the item carefully and follow the instructions provided. Please include the completed return form inside the package so we can process your return promptly. Returns without tracking are sent at the customer’s risk.
- Return item: Ship the item to us. We recommend using a traceable service.
Refunds
- The refund will be credited within 10 days after we receive and inspect the returned item to your original payment method.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Return shipping fees are not refunded unless the return is due to our error (defective item, wrong item shipped).
- We don't charge any restocking fee.
Exchanges
- If you’d prefer an exchange (for a different size, colour or product) instead of a refund, please indicate this when you contact us.
- We’ll treat it as a return of the original item and a new purchase of the replacement item (return and cost difference may apply).
